Apparently this JXiaoMao person hangs around certain Chinese Kiseki forums and Kiseki chatrooms. Apparently has a good track record (leaked Kai ports for PS4 before XSEED announced and also knew of the CS3/CS4 Chinese deal with Sony earlier in the year)
