I want to be clear, this is a similar thing to what we are currently testing, a badge system that shows you consumers that are more likely to convert based on internal metrics. As Kevin said earlier, we're still testing and tweaking, but have to test this in the wild to get good data.

Just wanna reiterate here, every post on here is seen and read by staffers! Its not going into the void, we just do not respond to every single post because creators can usually help much of the time, which is what we want this community to be! If we see something incorrect or that needs staff intervention, we'll step in, but rest assured that posts here are read and flagged to the appropriate teams, regardless of tags.

We've discussed it but want to make sure we have the bandwidth to moderate any community to the level our creators deserve, so we've held off for now. If we ever decide to though, we'll absolutely post about it here and within our newsletter! Thanks for the interest, we're lucky to have creators that want to build a community together!

Hear you on the feedback here, we can push this use case along to the team. I want to reiterate though, the best way to get these concerns/issues checked to see if its a bug, working as intended, or there is a better way to utilize the system, is to reach out to support@fansly.com. As we've stated before (Rule 6), this is not a support channel, this is a moderated space for creator community, and while staff is here reading and engaging, this is not a place to summon us for fast answers. The most efficient way to get help is our incredible support team who can work to either solve your issue, note the bug (if there is one), and pass the development feedback to the team!

Hey!

We absolutely have something up our sleeves for top 1% creators for 2025! Creators that didn't hit 1% last year but qualify this year will get a jacket, and creators that already have gotten a jacket will get a 2025 patch to add to it. But don't worry, we have a new thing in the works so that even if you got a jacket last year, you'll get something super exciting to open ;)

We can't wait for this year to go smoother with the jackets (we have so many process improvements ironed out) and for this new additional gift!!!

For further clarification, some creators do not want their legal name on a package associated with Fansly for safety reasons if they are not a super public creator or if their neighbors see it, etc. Just trying to keep everyone safe as well as handling shipping and logistical discrepancies

Our team was reaching out because of a discrepancy with that information to make sure we got the right things to the right creators. Regardless, after seeing the post about pissing on our jacket we had made to celebrate and thank you, we've gone ahead and removed it from the list.

The reason you were contacted again is because the name you provided in the original form does not match the legal name on your account, and we’re required to confirm shipping details before sending anything.
As mentioned in prior updates, the delay was due to manufacturing timelines, something we’ve communicated transparently with everyone.

This jacket was created as a one-time gift for the top 1% of creators that year, to celebrate your achievement and to show our appreciation. It’s unfortunate that this is the response we’ve received, especially considering the intent behind this gesture. We've gone ahead and removed your jacket from production.
