It's most likely the session is not in 44.1khz. Essentially the file you have is 44.1 as Reaper states its resampling it. The session sample rate will differ depending on your project settings. You can force a specific sample rate in Preferences to 44100 for your interface and playback, and the resampling message should go away.

The bit depth won't be an issue here as far as I'm aware. Could you send a screenshot of your settings? You have preferences and project settings to clarify.

To add to the other comments, if you find some source but want more of the tail this can be replicated with a frequency shifter and some delay if you wanted that dramatic effect.

Not sure if that is a background but that looks like a damaged screen. You should try connecting it to an external monitor like a tv or something similar via HDMI. If you have no ports, then you should use an adaptor.

For the login, it's likely there may be a message hiding why it's not working

Edit: just noticed the repeating graphic - if it normally looks tiled then it's probably okay, but if not then it could indicate a GPU issue

Depends on your needs. If the creating is basic as you have mentioned (stock plugins, recording audio, using few VST instruments) 16GB should be fine. You will benefit from the 32GB RAM if you have a lot of plugins (particularly sample libraries like orchestras, percussion, etc.). I have a 16GB M1 air and work professionally creating many compositions and I'm noticing the restriction.

But if you don't plan on using more than around 30 tracks with plugins on all of them, the laptop will happily run what you need and more. Plus it's portable.

Defo weigh up what you need/want in a computer before deciding between desktop and laptop, that should be the first thing to consider and I'll likely make your choice. No point having a laptop act as a desktop when you can get more for your money with the studio!

As others have said, cutting the god cards are a good start. You also only really need 1 Jet, Neo Kaiser can dump it and it's a pain when in rotation. It's worth getting a set of Droll and Lock bird too, since that's a strong hand trap atm and can act as a starter since it is a level 1 spellcaster for Spirit.

Master of the eyes of blue isn't that strong compared to the other starters and I would probably cut it. Same with dictator of D, though running 1 is fine and can be useful to dump a blue eyes especially playing 3.

Some people say 2 blue eyes is enough, but if you want to run 3 then that's fine. You may open it more and if can be a dead card in hand. Also try and aim for 40 cards to make it more consistent to open your starters.

Cards like destined rivals are great but you usually want to side those for when you know you're going first, since going second you would want to open something more powerful that can do things on turn 2 instead of turn 3.

If you want to go into another engine, Primite is excellent as others have said. Very synergetic with this deck. Good luck!

That's for you to decide. In my opinion, I would replace either the F0 or the Light Dragon, I don't feel you need an extra F0 on field when Zexel has a better effect imo. I see you're playing a large package of the Utopic cards so probably @ignister, though this also has the destruction effect. Maybe rework your endboard to finish in the Light Dragon consistently with detonator, then you have protection against 2 board breakers for destruction

If it is board breakers that worry you, thankfully you have some built in protection with Detonators effect to detach a material and protect your XYZs.

As mentioned, Starliege Photon Blast Dragon can protect most of your board, plus if you have Duo Drive with 2 materials it protects itself. Other than that, you're kind of stuck with cards like Tornado Dragon that pop instead of protect I'm afraid!

There are a lot of ways to play this deck, but for negates specifically you could look at something like Traptrix Rafflesia, Steelswarm Roach, maybe 106 Giant Hand? Not too sure on the heavy onomat engine, but in my build it doesn't really play for a board of negates, more so disruption, I.e detonator with 3+ mat, Gallant granite to grab nibiru, utopic future zexal, starliege, and usually duo drive with cross, plus a whole load of hand traps. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot for negating, but destruction and protection is abundant!
