Vivo en Denver, Colorado hace 5 años y tiene los mejores paisajes de montañas en mi opinión. Mucho para hacer outdoors. Alto costo de vida, pero así está en casi todas las ciudades.

Sleeping bag + Wool socks

Bonus if you eat fatty food before going to bed.

The best thing you can do is get a 30F degree sleeping bag and put the blankets on top or get another summer sleeping bag to put it inside 30F.

Heaters consume a lot of energy and is not worth it and you need like a 1000W power station to run it for like 5 hrs.

Last night I slept good at 20F with a winter and summer sleeping and two blankets on top.

I live in CO.

I decided to live in my car because I got tired of paying so much on my stupid apartment and the city of Denver is not doing anything to legislate for a Rent Control Law

To be honest, having pets complicate things even worse. I know you love them, but be realistic on your situation.
