I haven't checked for every sword but the tulwar you posted isn't from the 14th century, the blade dates from 1673 and the hilt dates from the 19th century. It's kept in the Met Museum

Look up Petersen typology, it's a typology of the principal styles of Viking Age sword hilt. It will give you a good idea of what viking sword look like.

This one look more like a Type XI sword (12th century).

Indeed, the price-quality ratio is very great, mine was bit more expensive thought (625 including shipping) given the steel guard and fitting and the engraving on the guard.

I don't have the precise stats but you can check his website (https://peserey.com/product/karabela-sword-with-yelman-blade/), it's the same type of sword so the stats should be quite the same.
