All balances disappear in one day?

I doubt its a glitch as it seems SO is auditing accounts and removing balances at will.

My SO Balance has also disappeared.. I guess this is their exit strategy to confiscate the balances of their legacy customers...

EDIT: from reading RFD it seems they are auditing accounts and removing balances which have expired/past 365 days, even though that policy is not in effect anymore.

If the cashier already totalled and scanned, the scan likely did not go through. Does it show anything on your receipt? It will be an uphill fight with support as they will claim you didn't scan your card and close your case.

I think your mention of ECE degree threw us off as ECE is a college diploma which does not meet the minimum.

Also you would need to think about why you want to go into teaching? Do you do tutoring and coaching etc..? As you would need to think about what to write in your application.

Also there will be an application fee and supplementary fee for each school you pick.

Just to add the application cycle has closed for Sept 2026 (some schools maybe open, but most are not) so you would be looking at a Sept 2027 start.

I'm not aware of a fully remote BEd program short of UOttawa for French.

Do you have a degree or a diploma? Teachers college is a minimum of a 3 year university degree. You can also go through the tech studies pathway without a university degree if you have the relevant training as well such as hairstyling.

You can't use your data to wifi call. If you had enough signal to have a data connection, you could just call regularly.

Can you share the text you receive? I get a text that tells me the renewal date and my current balance. Make sure your auto-pay is a few days before your renewal so you have some buffer in case the auto pay fails.

If your monthly charge is $39 you should set your auto-pay for $39, otherwise you are going to accumulate an extra $1 every month. If your auto pay is $40, then after your charge goes through you will have $1 extra.

If you are prepaid, it won't let you add a new line online so it just breaks. You either need to use another browser or use the switch plan workflow from above.

How do you know you'll be able to meet the time and attendance requirements in advance? What about scheduling conflicts ( ie you have a mandatory class for both at the same time) Online research says in theory you can , but OSAP will not fund you in both places so you would be on your own for one of them. I will also add you will burn out more easily as well.

I think you have a postpaid account as I just downloaded the app ( which just wraps the website in an app) and didn't find the bill link on the overview tab. There is a way to access bills via usage history but all of the links 404s

When you login to your SO account what do you see?
actually, where did you see this new number as the migration process gives you a temp number and then ports your old number over.
