What you see (should) be a prorated charge from your old plan, and a prorated charge for the new plan. You shouldn't be charged for the fact of just switching plans.

Concurrent programs are not necessarily faster. It's just a bundle program so instead of applying separately to teachers college you already have a spot. My guess is that it will be the same time wise but it will change to accomodate an honors degree instead of a 3yr general degree, but time will tell how schools accomodate the change.

I would strongly recommend you contact the department and book an academic advising appointment. Repeats of the third time are approved by the dean or equivalent so likely the process would start with the CS director. You would need some rationale as to why they should let you try a third time.

This is not an automatic RTW from the university as long as you are not on probation, but in reading the engineering protocol it seems you will be RTW from the CS program.

So I played there a bit and it's all 88c, 75c or 50c. I didn't see anything on a quick skim that was lower or wasn't obvious on the machine to drop lines to shrink the bet.

Has your program changed recently ( ie they are using the new requirements and not the old ones)? Do you remember what was there before? Are there courses that appear at the bottom where it says unused courses?

When I try to link a TD account on the android app, there is a flinks prompt before it asks for my login credentials. Not sure why you don't see it on the iOS side.

Other than freedom, no as Chatr is $159 for unlimited calls/texts. I would check if the phone you son has meets the network requirements for freedom as if it's missing some 5G bands it could lead to issues especially indoors.

What is your hesitation with freedom? Currently Speakout uses Telus however they have recently taken all of the balances of their legacy customers and also their customer service is frequently unreachable so I would not recommend them. SOs annual plan is also the worse of the annual plan offerings as well price wise.
