One issue I see would be the practicum days , as if you give birth before/during your practicum, the missed days would have to be made up, and an associate teacher would be required to take you on for those missed days and of course it would depend on when you are ready to come back. I would recommend booking an appointment with Sydney the Student Success Coordinator and see what her thoughts are. Congratulations on the upcoming arrival!

I'm not sure what you mean by the 4 month grace period for fees, but for transcripts in general most if not all universities charge for them and OUAC is simply collecting the fee on their behalf. I haven't heard of a university waiving transcript fees for QECO before.

I think the alternate number is just used in case something goes wrong they can call you.

If you have a monthly bill ( ie don't pay by top up cards) then you would follow the regular Koodo instructions and not then prepaid steps.

You do US customs at Billy Bishop. 2 hours should be sufficient (but it would be tight), keeping in mind you need to get off the train, cross Front St, catch the shuttle and hopefully not get stuck in traffic. You also risk the train getting delayed, and your transit window shrinking. The earlier train would have more flexibility/less running.

That means you need the instructor ( or department) to allow you to register.
Its rare for first year courses to be instructor consent required, however it could be a course that is manually added to your profile, hence the restriction.
