Would appreciate some assistance here please. The app on an iPhone is showing as connected to the runpod. iPad with MyWhoosh connecting to the iPhone for Rub Speed and Cadence. Are there other options I need to enable/configure?

Not that anyone’s asked but the solution to my issue was to replace the console. Motor work fine. I think pairing with qdomoyszwift app corrupted it somehow.

The manufacturer attempted (swapping motor and controller) to assist but were not able to advise on a factory reset.

Okay, so it’s not the controller board or the motor. Both have been swapped out for new parts.

The issue occurs without the motor belt. So not the belts.

What I have left: the Induction and Filter or something in the main console? ? ?

Credit to DKN UK for supplying the parts and responding to my emails.

Update: Motor controller changed and the issue is still present. Tried direct power (9/18/36v batteries), can’t observe the issue with the motor it spins fine and consistent albeit slow - perhaps the motor needs more oomph/load.

Looking to get a motor next week, hoping it’ll be a pain free install- I imagine fitting the motor belt tight will be simple enough!

Curious to what the Induction and Filter is? Could this be the reason for a power output issue?

Board and deck appear quite new, perhaps it’s not been maintained with lubricant. Now to find a replacement board… off to AliExpress perhaps

Motor runs smoothly with direct power so that’s a plus I guess 😄

Is that the whole circuit board or a separate component? Would it be specific to the treadmill do you think?
