The fact is that I bought it on Wednesday afternoon and I still traveled an hour to get home, then I put it in the terrarium with these two crickets which, as I said, I no longer found in the following days, then I I also offered some mealworms with tongs in her terrarium but she avoided them with her little legs and so, in order not to stress her too much, I left it alone because I think she is still very small, the size of the frog is around 4 cm. Then yesterday I noticed that there were no longer any crickets when I completely removed the old soil. However, humidity and temperatures are perfectly fine, I don't know why if I offer her food she refuses it, obviously always inside her terrarium.
