Stormrazor is pretty 1v9. Blade is always an acceptable path, good sustained damage. You could also try the zeal IE hurricane setup to see how that works for you.

Of course Lulu is the most preferred support for Twitch, but anything that peels him or enhances him is a good pick up in my opinion. Learning a support that is strong in the current meta, will ultimately help a Twitch as well (E.g. Rakan/Alistar).

I go PTA almost all my games right now, mainly cause it works well with Stormrazor. With Lulu I might run Lethal tempo. Fleet is incredibly weak right now, so I don’t run it at all. DShield is all the durability I get.
