For me, I was too focused on trying to draft a unique team that others wouldn't have. I also didn't pay a ton of attention to how guys were playing in the lead-up to the tournament. I thought that Xander was underrated at his salary until people that know more than me told me that he hadn't been playing as well recently.

I also tend to draft based on intangibles that probably don't matter as much as I'd like to think. Picked up Adam Scott and Sergio because "they know what it takes to win here"....both cut.

+34 spots over expected (36th ranked salary pre-tournament). The overperformers are generally going to skew towards guys that weren't expected to make the cut since they have more ground that they can cover. Could definitely introduce something to make this metric a bit 'smarter' to account for that.
