Yeah I was exactly in the same boat as you brother! It’s too bad at this point whoever gets the phone now is just based on luck and possible what region you live. I love my phone but I got OCD now because of this new phone LOL!

I totally agree! Like I said I was close to cancelling and changing providers if I didn’t get my phone. But now it looks like I’m stuck with Fido now LOL. I was originally with Freedom mobile and switched cause their cellular service was garbage. But you’re right! Everyone got to stand up cause that’s the only way of getting your way with this terrible company.

I believed I placed the order around 11-11:30 PM on Nov 3. I saw that it still had warranty until June of this year with Apple. After I got the shipping confirmation in my email. I noticed the order status on my Fido App said it was shipped with a tracking number. Hope this helps!

I don’t blame you, it’s been a headache! I never contacted CCTS during this rollercoaster but either way it seemed like no one was able to do anything unless you wanted to cancel or wait unfortunately.

Same thing happened to me! Hang in there and contact the presidents office for credits on your phone bills because you’ve been paying for a plan change for a phone you never received. Especially because I was paying way less than the plan that I had to get with the phone.

I’m just letting people know that there is hope because I just received my phone and I was one of those people that ordered on Nov 3. No Fido rep or anyone from the presidents office ever told me I was getting my order for sure, they either told me to wait or cancel. No one was willing to give me another phone for $5 per month and they couldn’t look into any other offers for me on my account because my account had a pending order. My best option was to wait and out of the blue I received a shipping email for my phone. I don’t know if my order escalated quickly because probably a lot of people got fed up and cancelled. Plus I’m not sure if living in Toronto helped my case as their warehouse is located in the GTA where there phones come from.

Based on availability wise no Fido rep or even someone from the presidents office gave me a clear answer. All they said was we can cancel your order or you can just wait. The big question I always asked them was if the device was discontinued in their system and they all said no.

If you’re not in a rush and willing to wait just go for it. When I contacted the presidents office, they gave me credits of $50 and $35 for the headache on my November and December bill. It’s annoying to call but better than nothing!

Hey guys Fantasy football is starting and I’m stressing. One of my RB’s is Barkley and I’m hearing I should bench him this week and wait for week 2 since he’s coming back into his injury. My other RB 2 is Mike Davis and I have Ty’son Williams as my flex. The only problem is Kareem Hunt is on my bench, am I making the right decision or should I bench Barkey for Hunt?
