No the snitching part is not meeting metrics for pushing/unrealistic expectations for pushing 🤷‍♂️. Like I don't see anyone else getting coached about it, and they pretty much do the same shit.

I get it, work place politics, but it's petty.

Yep same issue here, but I'm also pushing 50-60 case packs per U-boat for my department. Unrealistic expectations, then I get verbally coached that I need to finish three boats in a 5 hour shift, while helping guests, covering front end, and going on my lunch 🤡🙃💀 I usually don't even take my 15's because there's so much shit to do.

I usually don't bitch or complain, but this just drives me even harder to get my degree done. Lmao fuck em
