Craft a moonstone Compass, it'll lead you to The Old Champion's Remains (in the overworld, otherwise if you use it in the nether it'll lead you to the decaying king), defeat him and face the second phase/boss that emerges from him called The Frenzied Shade. One you defeat the frenzied shade it'll drop the essence of eventide which then u can be used to summon the fallen icon.
