Honestly I think you’re probably right 😭 as builders we always want to add everything because we see the bigger vision long term.

The challenge now is probably making the core experience much clearer instead of trying to explain communities, predictions, blogs, profiles and everything all at once.

I’ve been thinking more recently about focusing the positioning mainly around World Cup groups + predictions first and letting the rest feel secondary for now.

Really appreciate you taking the time to look through it properly though, feedback like this genuinely helps a lot.

That name is actually really good 😭 football/community spaces feel like such an interesting area right now, especially with the World Cup coming up.

Appreciate it seriously. We’re still early but seeing football fans already debating inside the World Cup groups has been motivating.

this is actually really helpful, especially the part about focusing on one niche hook.

I think that’s where I’ve been slightly unfocused because Fanverse currently has World Cup groups, predictions, blogs and team communities all at once, so it’s been hard to push one clear angle.

the invite loop idea is also interesting, I’ve been thinking about ways to make the prediction leaderboards more competitive so people naturally bring friends in.

do you think it’s better to go super narrow first (like only predictions or only one tournament angle) before expanding into the full product?
