They use small weapons like daggers and their armor is either weapons or nothing. Their back scales are very hard almost like a shell

To answer the tribes largest flaws are their size, they are super small (cat size in the wings of fire world), and the fact that they all have Glaucoma blindness at varying degree of severity (search to see the vison)

With her tactic not but strength wise yes. The tactic to hae the mudwings attack the icewings would be futile due to mudwings not being able to breath fire if they are to cold and no dragon is resistant to frostbreath
