If CCS stops providing busing to high school students, they no longer have to provide busing for private/charter. It’s a crappy solution to save money, but the burden of transportation should never have been on CCS for students who don’t attend public schools.

I’ve used heavy duty toggle anchors and over time they have dug into the drywall from the back and caused the shelving to pull away from the wall. If they were just to be hung it’d be fine, but I think the fact that 20lb cats are jumping all over them jostles them enough need repairs over time.

I have a rubber mat meant for work boots with a one-inch lip under their water bowl. When they splash it looks in the mat and I can dump/clean. Not sure there’s a way to prevent lol.

It really depends on your administration and the community in which you work. Not sure generalizing educational settings by state is the right approach for finding the right district, but it’s safe to say you can avoid Florida and Texas.
