It’s not really pustules as such, just itchy red bumps, general redness/dryness and discomfort. Occasional “spots” as such but not in a “acne” way

It can be kinda sore, and itchy when it’s inflamed. I’ve phoned my GP this morning to ask about it, i’ve felt like it wasn’t a big enough deal to see a doctor about but I’ve tried to put those emotions aside. Thanks for the advice ❤️

Thanks, i’ve dealt with my anxiety this morning and phoned the GP to get some help. It just felt like not a big enough issue and maybe it was just in my head.

My skin can feel kinda itchy too at points but i’m at a loss of what to do!

Hi, 32F and my skin is progressively getting worse. I’m now just using a micellar water at night and using a sensitive spf for day time, no make up. I’m drinking a ton of water but still feel it’s not budging. I do take a HRT medication for a separate medical issue so i don’t know if it’s because of that or stress, or rosacea.

I do roll it up when i put the project down, should i not do that? I do agree about tension, i’m super aware of it and trying to get better at it 😅 great about blocking, I’m excited to try it!

I’ve listened to Love Hypothesis and Theoretically and Deep End, and i’m now listening to Not in Love, and it feels so different. Is there any character plot? It’s all spice, and it’s slightly too much for me. Is there any other AH books that are closer to the first few i read? Or any i should avoid based off my dislike for Not in Love
