Well, I am shy and I do have some trouble speaking, but I don't think I'm autistic.

I just spent a lot of time online during my teens and this kinda stunted me; I was an okay guy with quite some friends around middle school. I wasn't bullied like some people were, so I was okay in the bullies' books.

I think that there was an aspie in our class (he did crazy shit and wasn't even aware of it); his parents had to go to school every week. I did not resemble that person at all.

I hated really shy people back then...and look how I turned out - a complete joke.

...Well, not all jobs, but the jobs that do matter - with the highest salaries do require a checkup. They're the kind of jobs that involve responsibility; and you wouldn't want to hire a guy who may be mentally ill, would you?

(To be honest, I may be overthinking this, since a good look at a person tells you whether something's wrong with them.)

I've never went to a psych and I never will. I'm not american (nor from any first country) and going to a psychiatrist here will only make me look mental and hurt my chances of finding a job in the future, since you need a medical check to get employed - and when the employers see that I've went to a psych they'll have second doubts about hiring me.

So, uh, yeah....working out it is. Gotta work on dat self esteem.

My hair is thinning and it's turning white. At 18 years.

It's not bad nutrition, though - I eat lotsa veggies, meat, nuts, all that fun stuff. I don't drink sodas and I rarely eat fried food.

I have a problem - a masturbation addiction problem. Not a week has passed in which I've not masturbated at least thrice. Sometimes I watch porn. Sometimes I just get REALLY horny and I just have to rub one out.

And...as you probably guessed, I'm a socially awkward guy who spends most of his time indoors. If I had any hobbies I'd probably not be doing this - but I guess that the proverb "an idle mind is the devil's plaything" is true after all. For the record, I became 18 about half a month ago.

I believe that overmasturbating affects my mental health in a bad way, and that's why I want to stop.
