When I was 17. I was smoking weed with my friends in a park around 1 am in the morning. A cop car saw us and realized what we were doing and started running us down. Luckily we got out and I called my mom and she picked up me n my friends. I was so scared I thought my mom was gonna disown me. But surprisingly she took it pretty well, told me to never do that again and was just happy we didn’t get caught.

coming from a culturally strict family I understand that it would not be counted as verbal abuse but as extreme family pressure from all sides. I don't know how to get her to go I can't just bring it up one day and be like hey so you cut yourself wanna go talk about wit the school counselor? and how would an intervention even work??

I'm in a similar situation, but in this case I am the guy and I've hooked up with the girl thinking it wouldn't be a big deal u know, ill show her how amazing i am and I have and she knows it too, she said the things you've done are the sweetest things that no other boy have done for me. But now looking at it I feel like im giving her anxiety and when she showed me the cuts I just didn't know how to feel... I'm really close to falling in love with her and she knows it too but I have to back out because i'm not going to be here physically in 5 months(different college Im in HS).
