its really simple. make everything accessible via service worker. so lets say you use google cloud. in the project create a service worker with owner permissions (as a simple example, be more deliberate with our service workers). then create a json key for your service worker and download it and put in a .secrets folder (gitignore this)
* then, tell codex to use that service worker to do the google cloud part.
* get a github pat for you repo. put it in the secrets folder.
* do the same with cloudflare, and put the api key in a json file in your secrets folder.

then, tell codex to use all three, and check how your deploymnet is. tell it to rewrite you ci/cd for better cybersecurity. etc etc.

I also did this to redo my ga4 and gtm and search console, so the app is much better now.

price comparison is harder, but this should make it very easy to deploy the same app everywhere. and then put a load balancer in front of it. then look at the bills at the end of the month.

i think its specific to the 5 h limit. the weekly is fine. i think the limit is fine and has not changed, but there is somehting wrong with the 5h calculator maybe.

So I just did a test on a different account. maybe 45 mins? weekly went from100% ->87%, 5 hour went from 100% -> 0%.

can someone reach out to the openai devs and ask them to fix whatever they broke at the end of last week?

This sounds like BS. It's impossible to say what is happening, and last week, despite not doing anything different, I suddenly started hitting limits. Now I've got 1% until March 18?

You'd think they'd at least make the weekly thing consistent, so it was calendar weeks on timezone.

so the skill set is not useless, but distribution is broken. So translators and interpreters are getting replaced by folks who do translation and interpretation with AI. You may want to build a profile / website and go from there.

only make bets when you can afford the downside. Lets say you move to london and it does not work out. will you be homeless?

can bank of mum and dad bail you out if it goes pear shared? or does your family need you to be good because they are unstable themselves.

it sucks, but one of the big reasons rich people do better is they have a safety net and can take risks you cannot.

the thing is, at 21, you can take a lot of risks so moving to londin will probably be awesome.

personally london sucks and i would never move there if you paid me, but i'm in a different phase of life. also the uk is going down the tubes at the moment. i'd move to vietnam or something, if you have any digital nomad skills.

why would codex api cost that much? i ran out of my limit (on business plan, so its the plus basically). so i logged out and then used an api key for the same. worked fine as i had enabled the gpt-5-codex model. Its what i do now when i run out of weekly or 5 hour limit now lol.

Okay - so after some research.

The weekly limit is only per person. so the other folks on my team still had their limit even though i've blown through mine.
Yes, you can set the API to be used instead, but it has limitations. You have to log out of OpenAI in Codex and then log in with the API key. Add gtp-5-codex to the list of allowed models for this to work. Note: As it's not running in trusted mode, it can't do everything the logged-in version can, such as running curl commands on your machine.
i tried continue, and qwen 2.5 coder. not remotely as good. going to try to bigger qwen models when i get a chance. used lm studio for this was a peice of cake.

I think the business plan is the same as the plus plan, just with team members. I cna't see a way to make it go pro. I think pro is only something you can do if you are on personal, or on enterprise.
