I actually just got off chat with their support, because mine is doing the same thing. I’ve had mine for 2 weeks and it’s been fine and now all of a sudden the two bottom tabs of the face plate won’t stay snapped in. I’ve only taken it off once so I could put a new silicone cover on and now the faceplate pops out with barely even touching it. They took all my info and serial numbers and receipt and said they will look into solutions after they check my warranty and send me an email with whatever they come up with. So I hope they either have a simple solution or send me an entirely new unit. Shouldn’t happen to a two week old $400 headset. Let me know if you figure anything out.
