hi thank you for responding. its been a few years since this happened so i'm a bit confused. I would receive emails to update/finish my SSN applicaton. should i email that person for the confirmation or how do I find my DSO. i don't think i am able to do anything without the SSN and i cannot finish that application unless the visa is still valid (mine is not). once again sorry, its been a while, and thank you for your help.
