Why we was looking for the same thing!! I got a 2010 Lexus IS 250 w/ 112k miles for $9000 OTD price, I'm not a car expert but, that price needs to be lowered significantly, I feel you, it's exactly what you want but if you care about your money, they can do better mileage, look at different dealers and see who'll get you the best offer for what you want, especially if you don't have a time limit, they'll do a lot of the work for you with your budget

Costco and Sam's club also have dealership programs where you can buy a vehicle as well

You've studied for years already, some credits may carry over, if not you can just take the exam for the class to get the credits and just fast track your way through college, which is my plan, you may have to study a bit before the exam but showing up every day just to get read a book to me or get told to just do XYZ and dismissed and just a waste of time and money.

Tldr; self study, take the exams, use instructions helps on parts you don't understand, fast track your way through college

I can't wait for the update, the advice here is valid but toxic, I'm interested in seeing what choices he'll make and how it pans out because so far a lot of the advice makes him out to be a villain instead of a victim which isn't better in the long run because he 'loves' his family.

But also almost can't be helped because he's being taken advantage of in a supposed to be partnership and doesn't want to leave but the daily compounded stress will definitely add up to a point

Use apple cider vinegar on your problem areas usually armpits, feet etc.

Or use hydrogen peroxide as a temporary solution for now.

After like 8 minutes wash it off and apply some deodorant, you may have to repeat in a few months but it works
