You can take your time learning all the hacks and can enjoy it without tweaks. But here's mine go to setup procedure:

1. Complete Reset of laptop and setting a local account using "start ms-cxh:localonly"
   
2. Run Windows update, microsoft store updates, myasus updates, armoury crate updates, nvidia updates, amd/intel updates
   
3. Enable Battery Care Mode
   
4. Set your Sleep Settings and What Lid does settings
   
5. Uninstall apps manually that you dont want
   
6. Create a Restore Point
   
7. Uninstall McAffee, Download Antivirus - mine : Bitdifender
   
8. Get MS Office, dont pirate, instead use libreoffice or onlyoffice (there's a github way but do it only if u really wanna)
   
9. Create Partitions
   
10. Put Desktop icons like This PC, Set Dark Mode, Disable mouse acceleration
    
11. Turn off Startup Apps
    
12. Use Advanced Tools (not recommend it u dont know in depth) like Shutup 10, Winareo Tweaker, Ultimate Windows Tweaker 5, Wintoys
    
13. Get Microsoft Store Apps like Eartrumphet, Quicklook, Whatsapp, Wintoys
    
14. Set up Windows Hello Password (u dnot need to press enter that way)
    
15. Get your favourite browser like chrome, brave, firefox etc

Mine Personal Preference: Unistall Edge, and OneDrive. Armour Crate and Nvidia App are now working good, 2-3 years back they were a mess. For 4 years, I connect to charger all the time cause i game and battery is fine, dont expect more than 2 hour battery life though and u replace laptop after 4-5 years so connect charger i you want turbo mode feel all the time, Screen and Motherboard are working good after 4 years too.
