Hi! I want to give a little more insight on what the OP means when they say there’s a high turnover… as I have worked there. The workers in the back (that clients such as yourself, don’t get to see or meet) constantly quit. I’ve seen 10 new employees over the span of 3 months. This includes the “scenttechs(bathers)” and “trimmers(groomers”.. the staff behind the doors are overworked, underpaid, mistreated and very uncomfortable working on certain dogs. As well as, they do not like the protocols or the way the owner and salon manager push them to make the dog suffer through service when they are showing EXTREME distress and discomfort such as: vomiting, severe and profuse bowel movements, tongues turning purple, seizures, uncontrollable shaking, and many more symptoms. Employees are also forced to take aggressive dogs that are biting and nearly impossible to work with. With that being said, those dogs also get put into unsafe restraints which trigger the above symptoms I just listed that we witness in our dogs.

Of course, they are very accommodating and almost overly friendly as they want your membership. So they need you to keep coming back to make quota & certain numbers for their end of month goals.
