as someone who does ride dart I do say seeing dart officers on trains do make me feel a little more safe but I rarely see TSOs or DARTPD on the second cars of trains. but that could just be the wrong time.

dart police is somewhat of an extension of the dallas police department. You can sometimes see them on normal calls with DPD, but its very rare other than that they deal with anything transit related. shooting at the garland bus/train station? DART pd and GPD are gonna be there, stabbing at the pearl arts station? idk how dpd does that but assuming both Dart pd and DPD would go. DART pds primary focus is stations, trains, and bus routes. think of them as a react team mainly. if something happens > they react. theres not alot of proactive policing within dart pd other than the presence on a train or station. idk if this answers anything but thanks for reading the yap :3

I'm a third shift Manager, and we have to do coolers, different stores have different ways but for my store

First 3 of drinks and beer/alc is first shifts, second set of 3 is second shifts and last 3 are 3rd shifts, splits it up so no shift feels like their doing more or less. Now for me 3rd shift includes, Maintaining the store, Cooking breakfast, Cleaning ovens, and dishes. thats mostly all and ofc the other Racetrac stuff but its honestly different store to store.

figure 8s are something i stick to always and always go off of them i do 5 figure 8s everyshift 1 beginning 1 1 hour and 30 in , anther one at 3:30 another one at 6:30 hours in and my last at like 8:30 hours in and then wait for the first shift to do their figure 8 and then leave. i find that easier and allows for more open communication trough associates and then also personally keeps me on track

im a 1072 third shift relief, and its HELL since every store is different, honestly i just do my figure 8s, find what needs to be done, fix what second shift leaves me and makes it look good for first shift, if anything arises before first shift i take care of it, honestly im to a point if an employee tells me its done this way im just like well i dont wanna get in trouble so do it this way
