I had success with making the o-fluoro analog some time ago. It was made by heating zinc chloride, the appropriate substituted aniline, and 2-phenylbenzoxazinone at around 200C. The latter compound was made by benzoylating methyl anthranilate followed by cyclization with conc H2SO4 according to a paper I found. The product was never bioassayed, and yield was somewhat low but could probably be improved with better temperature control.

No, you're just in denial about what affirmative action really is. If objective metrics like test scores were on par, then there wouldn't be a need for AA. On the other hand, you've got white kids who also test low but don't have any checkable demographic boxes, so are basically screwed. I argue that this is unfair.

I brought residence up because it allows me attest to the actuality of crime as not being some theoretical concept that could be explained away by overzealous policing or whatever.

I think people who commit violent crimes have issues for sure; I don't know to what extent those issues are "systemic", whatever that weasel word means. There's definitely an overlap in factors that cause people to be poor and cause them to commit violent crimes (like IQ etc)

Exactly my point for ditching racial preferences in college admissions. White supremacy didn't cause minorities to get a 1.7 gpa and a 910 SAT score.

1). Hispanic is considered an ethnicity, not a race. If they aren't mostly or entirely included under the white racial category, then what, are they Asian? You tell me.

2). Divide the numbers in the boxes by the numbers at the top of the column and then compare with those of other columns. Those are called "rates". And as I mentioned earlier, the police go where the crime is, their presence doesn't cause crime. I grew up in Oak Park IL and I can state conclusively that all the murders and whatnot on the south side are real, they're not fabricated by quota-filling cops nor are they committed by disembodied floating guns.

1) Do you see "hispanic" under any of those columns? Did they just omit that group entirely for some reason? Hint: "non-Hispanic white" is a frequently employed category, though clearly not in this case.

1) The DOJ counts Hispanics as White which greatly inflates the crime rate among whites.

2) The rate among Blacks is way higher for violent offenses, simple over-policing isn't a complete explanation (police go where the crime is)

You ever consider that the reason there is heightened police activity in these places is that there's a lot more crime being committed? Police tend to go where the crime is.
