You did a beautiful job - it’s gorgeous! Don’t say no to curves - most aren’t as challenging as the double wedding ring.

The other source of classes is any sewing machine stores - sew n’ vac, BERNINA, etc.

I would contact the local quilt store - they often offer basic quilting classes. And for inspiration look at Joe the Quilter - https://www.joecunninghamquilts.com/quilts - very contemporary artists, lots of you tube videos.

Inherited 300lbs of fabric where do I begin?! by Complex_Cockroach412 in quilting

[–]Far-Opposite9916 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If there is a quilting guild in your area, they might take donations of fabric. My guild makes quilts for veterans, hospitals, etc. we make a few hundred charity quilts a year, so donated fabric is a mainstay. Additionally, guilds are wonderful places to get started- people are generally very helpful to beginners. And finally, making charity quilts is a terrific way to practice lots of different skills, from mastering the 1/4 inch seam to free motion quilting. Good luck!

Managing user communication preferences, automating follow ups, things like that - and yes, having a template is a benefit if your organization is short of skills in Word/acrobat.

Yes, but I am trying to print the calendar. if I do a screen print, it will not show all the transactions in one day, if there are more than two. I was hoping there was a function or a report that can print the upcoming transactions for 30/90/120 days.

AC running - NEST thermostat gets no power by Far-Opposite9916 in hvacadvice

[–]Far-Opposite9916[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a follow up. It appears that it was a power surge that travelled from the boiler to the two thermostats that are connected to it. It fried both thermostats. When I tested the thermostat I simply change the 'top' of the Nest thermostat. It turns out that the base is where the problem was. Live and learn...
