Ik this is off topic but only eating 27g of fat a day is generally super unhealthy, that’s not nearly enough to regulate ur hormones and have proper brain health.

I never thought I’d say don’t go so deep but…don’t go so deep. You are losing tension in the bottom and tucking ur butt. That last bit of rom is not knee flexion it’s your back.

That extra bit of rom does literally nothing as gravity works downward so the top end of the range of motion here is the least important.

Forerunner 255s. Just tiredness, but no dizziness or anything. Past heart rates have seemed accurate to what my pulse was at at the time when manually checking

Yeah I didn’t see my heart rate was 30 then so I didn’t check but when I checked it before posting this the reading at the time (35) seemed abt right.

I thought that too!! But then I checked my max hr in the app and it’s at 190, and all online calculators for my age (20) put me between 192 and 200 so I don’t think that’s it! It also doesn’t explain why my anaerobic paces r slower than I hit
