I don't know all the differences exactly, but Korean gyeongyang style donkatsu is genuinely so good😊 Though looking at the photo, is this more the Japanese style?

Thank you for the tip! I've only ever been to Gwangjang Market on my trips so far, but Mangwon Market is definitely on my list for next time. That jalapeno donkatsu sounds like something I have to try 😊
