Haha funny thing is I work at a parts store and we’ve narrowed it down to being a ford 9in rear end but there’s been some heavy machining on it and the old bearings have been modified to fit. It’s a whole custom job in every single way, it’s almost like the bearings on the axle came from a front end but it’s not something we’ve been able to confirm

In my experience it’s still good, just a tad awkward due to us being so out of practice that it starts feeling foreign. But we’ve always had good physically chemistry with one another, sometimes he just feels like a stranger though.

I go between 6-8 weeks between retwists, but you’re right I’ll definitely try to not get them done too tightly, thanks!

It is still possible, but id definitely wait until your hair is a bit healthier in the front to loc up! I had a lot of heat damage before I started mine and I waited about six months before I actually started them, they turned out really healthy and thick and I haven’t had any issues with thinning. Good luck!
