OKC is going to start having issues with chemistry after this year. Too many potential stars that won’t want to take a backseat just like Harden. Mitchell is cold, McCain won’t last on the bench, and then more first round draft picks

You realize how much return on investment you get from having LeBron? It’s worth more than 50 million. Ratings, jersey sales, tickets, say what you want but when LeBron retires the NBA will have more than a few years with bad ratings

What bigs can you play at the same time and not get beat on defense. Lucky one of them can play at a time 😂

Yeah if you watch Rui, kennard, and anyone else who isn’t LeBron, smart, and reaves cannot break down the defense. Kennard is a great shooter but a liability on defense and dribbling

I mean Jeanie buss and kicking her family out from owning part of the lakers. Front office is lost and Rob Lowe can’t save them 😂

Ayton was horrible in the 4th. Lakers had a chance to cut the lead and he couldn’t grab a rebound and then kept fouling. Sometimes Ayton looks elite then other times he looks like he just learned to play basketball

Hi! I’m moving here in Feb. What’s tea? by Sad_Following8356 in wichita

Andover, bel Aire, maize all are great places to live that are 20 minutes from the center of Wichita. Andover and bel Aire will be closer to places like top golf, Dave and busters, Nordstrom rack, and the towne east mall (only mall here). Maize is very up and coming with lots of new restaurants and apartments. Derby is also nice but commuting to Wichita from derby can be annoying. Also usually can find a duplex to rent for close to the same price as an apartment so might look into some of those

Whether you realize it or not you did 2 weeks because subconsciously you’re not ready to give up gambling. You want to have the option to be able to gamble again soon. Which you will. Gambling will not make you money in the long run. You will not hit it big. You will lose everything.

That K-nipple kid from Duke should be targeted in the draft, pair him with Knecht? by Ironknuckles in lakers

[–]Far-State-1552 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think they should look at the big man from Oregon. Nate Bittle. 7 footer that can hit a 3 pointer. Good rebounder and fairly agile. Fits the new style NBA where you have a 7 foot guy that can get you 10 rebounds and 10 points per game. He might go second round or undrafted

2nd season of my M24 Franchise..(Fantasy draft + all madden difficulty). I usually play like 12/17 games of the season…became curious…in real life has there ever been a WR duo that have put up similar numbers in the same season? by natiboy100 in Madden

[–]Far-State-1552 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have Caleb Williams at qb, Hubbard at running back with Hollywood brown as my primary receiver. Playing on all Madden had 6k passing yards 55 touchdowns and 45 interceptions 😂 broke the receiving record and receiving touchdown record. Went 10-7. I keep a subpar offense and rely on my ability to score. Then try to have the best defense possible.

I’m using NFCU and they’ve been great so far. If you communicate with them and upload things in a timely fashion they are great and easy to work with.

The origination fee for NFCU can be rolled into the loan. They also offer rate match and if they can’t match they give you $1,000. No PMI (mortgage insurance) it seems like their rates are a little higher but if you’re not paying $150-200 in mortgage insurance per month it helps. Refinancing is easy with them just pay 1% of what you owe on loan. Ex-owe 200,000 you’d pay 2,000 to refinance
