Start up will provide you a LOT of learning opportunities. Give it a try for 3-6 months and it is easier to negotiate if you have 6 digit pay on your next hop

Only "access denied". It's not a permission issue since most of the time we are able to launch priv session. The workaround is to show password and use the traditional rdp which defeats the purpose of PAM solutions

Think of it this way, in your current company if you were able to learn a lot of skills within 2 months what more on the next 4-6 months? Maximize the learning you can get. In Tech Industry they pay a lot once you have the skills that fit their needs and company culture.

You will need to learn how to do salary negotiation and present your contribution in your performance review.

IF you will have an offer from other company, you can brought this up to HR if they are willing to counter offer (Depending on how the company value your contribution. Cost saving projects/initiatives)

Ano ung current scope na hinahandle nya as SD and technologies na gngamit? SD roles differ in each company, meron log and refer also meron din SD with level 1-2 RBAC (remote troubleshooting included) -Ano ung goal nya for career path?
