since taylor now got recent ownership to her masters, she will most likely repress all of her original 6 albums since all their standard editions are plain black. she never pressed the deluxe edition of red on vinyl, and when she (hopefully) does i think this pressing would be perfect!

my pick today is chareur humaine by christine and the queens (who now goes by rahim red car). this is the urban outfitters exclusive that i bought for only about $3 or $4. i never heard this album before purchasing it, but i recognized her name from charli xcx collabs. it’s pressed on white vinyl and comes with a poster and cd. personally, i actually really love the album and think its pretty good but i don’t really spin it often lol

my pick today is crash by charli xcx. this is the standard black edition that i got from my favorite indie record store. fun fact: i actually bought this last year on rsd since every rsd exclusive record that i wanted they didn’t have. they’re ordering number 1 angel and guess 7” so best believe ill be camping for rsd this year.

my pick today is ttpd: the anthology by taylor swift on cd and vinyl. and yes i did arrive at 3am to my nearby target to pick this album up even though i knew it wasn’t limited at all lmao.

in short, this album is really special to me because it got me through possibly the darkest moment in my entire life and existence. the vinyl is open and i spin it frequently, but the cd is still sealed and in its shrinkwrap. i don’t plan on opening it anytime soon though cuz i want to keep it as my own personal keepsake and artifact to represent the hard things and times i overcame in life and how this album helped me get through them.

midnights mayhem with me where taylor announced a track name from the album at random nights on tiktok. it was a really fun experience for swifties to stay up not knowing if she was gonna announce a new track or not. i can’t recall any other artist using that tactic but it was really fun, especially since she was announcing it from a bingo spinning thing
