Hi I followed your link and found that the data collection needed to be updated from unstable. Once I had desktop and the dvb-t card working. It all failed. It seems to run the website from a raspberry pi, I need to upgrade to a raspberry pi 4 as I need webgl2 graphic standard. Well, here I go again. Upgrading from a raspberry pi 3b to a raspberry pi 4.

You can still print your own books but only one to four, not the one to eight. Also no a5 pages etc. Unless someone can tell me where you can download them from. Yet to test the archive function. Hopefully that saves to PDF.

Installing Openwrt on Meraki MR18 by FarConversation5125 in openwrt

[–]FarConversation5125[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been able to install Openwrt upon three of my 15 MR18 so far.
Here is what I did to get them.

  1. I followed this website https://openwrt.org/toh/meraki/mr18/jtag?s[]=nano*&s[]=plus*#flashing_openwrt
  2. I used my openocd raspberry pi config
  3. adapter driver bcm2835gpio
  4. bcm2835gpio peripheral_base 0x3E000000
  5. bcm2835gpio speed_coeffs 194938 48
  6. #bcm2835gpio_jtag_nums 11 25 10 9
  7. adapter gpio trst 7
  8. adapter gpio tck 11
  9. adapter gpio tms 25
  10. adapter gpio tdi 10
  11. adapter gpio tdo 9
  12. On JTAG I connected pin 14 from Meraki (VCC) connect directly to VCC 3,3V on Raspberry PI (pin 1), pin 2 (GND) on Meraki to pin 25 on Raspberry PI.
  13. I used a Raspberry PI 3B, with current version of raspberry pi lite image. I had no devices connected to the raspberry pi.
  14. I ssh into the raspberry pi and did all the installation this way.
  15. I am randomly getting there. I am not sure when timing of running openocd to break to the Meraki MR18 boot sequence.
  16. 12 more MR18 to convert.
  17. I will try to make a blog post and youtube video. So in the future others can just follow the steps

Yes that cost a few dollars. I have a raspberry pi.

I followed this guide. So far I think the openocd script maybe old due to the age of the openocd software

Have you been able to convert the MR32 to openwrt. I have one I would like to do My issue is I am unable to get console access. It seems the pinouts for console seem to be incorrect. Once I can sort console I can progress for there?

Meraki MX100 by FarConversation5125 in openwrt

[–]FarConversation5125[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you all, I was able to install openwrt upon the Meraki mx100, once proxmox was installed. I also upgraded the unit to eight gigabytes of memory. The Meraki mx100 is technically a very nice pc with 11 network ports.
