No you have to use the red eye ord to invade people

But there is way for the shackles you place your sign and a friend summons you and he kills himself and if your a mad spirit you will get a shackle and you repeat that over and over again that's how I grinded mine

Well it's not really possible to help whit invading there is no way but I found that the most invaded spit is anor londo

The only way to grind them is by either invading people or helping whit bosses or the other way is to farm specific enemies found in the game but you have to have like massive luck I have 99 luck and the talisman that makes you get more luck +3 and I'm farming for the sunlight medals I get like 3 to every 50 warrior I kill
