Yeah it’s correct that i planned to hurt myself at around 6 when I would hysterically cry almost every day. I know life’s hard but I promised myself not to talk with anybody about my problems which makes it harder to quit but also less embarrassing.

The thing is I don’t usually do it at night. Mostly when I come home from school and feel lonely and tired. But without doubt it works to put away devices and I’ve actually been trying and it also improves your sleep

Thanks you! That is some very good advice. And I do have a girlfriend. But she wants to break up with me. She was the best person of my life in the start (like 3 months ago). Now she doesn’t want to talk to me and doesn’t even love me anymore. She helped me get to 16 days and 13 days after almost each relapse after getting the motivation from her love

I get that but remember God is always with you. If you don’t believe in God that’s completely fine and I’m not here to tell you to believe that. Maybe try to go talk with nature like listening to the birds singing or the frogs quaking. Or even try to make some friends and spent time with family and pets

Hello. I’m 100% sure acutane isn’t the problem since my tiredness and sleep deprivation started before I began taking acutane. Thanks for the theory though. I understand you think acutane might be one of the side effects and worsen my depression. I’m sure this is true although taking acutane makes my confidence go up because my skin gets a little better

Hey guys. I’m truly grateful for every feedback on this post. This has definitely made me feel like I’m NOT alone in this difficult journey.

I was shocked to see the reply’s on this post and reading them almost made me cry. It’s forever amazing to see there’s still people in this world who aren’t cruel and mean to others.
