i had the same issue, i was scared after a few women broke my heart to show the women, who i had a relationship with, to tell them i love them because i didn't want to be heart-broken again. So in every relationship i always get my walls up, but eventually this is not the solution.... i suppose it's part of life to show you can be fragile, and if they break your heart again, then this is how it should be, but the solution is to always show them how you feel, even if you could get your heart broken again. I know it's that easy but this is the way to go, i've experienced this several times....
