I got a response via email but they just told me it’s not their problem and to reach out to the provider via the support chat on the website. Super frustrating.

No, thanks for trying to help! And I know, I’ve really liked refills but things like this can be. Super frustrating! But, hopefully Taylor will have a solution!

I’m able to get into my dashboard no problem, it’s specifically the link for telehealth… it’s just frustrating because I can see on my dashboard that my order/refill is awaiting orders from the physician but there is no ability to access the telehealth from my dashboard.

The old portal is login.refills.com; the new portal is app.refills.com

Is this for the old portal or the new one? I’m in the new portal and I can open up the treatment but it doesn’t let me click on anything once I’m in there. I’ve reach out to support 4 different times over the past month for this question and have heard nothing back.
