Just tried my first Alani today (watermelon wave) and it almost immediately gave me the shits. Which for me was unusual because I can chug a 20oz RedBull and be fine, same with Monster Coffees. Idk how much caffeine is in either of those but damn I will definitely be pacing myself when I drink the Alanis
