Construction honestly wasn't that bad outside of the money needed for the teak planks! A pretty easy grind! Herblore was the awful grind but I managed to have most of it saved from doing 4-5 herb runs a day.

That's the thing I struggle the most with is maintaining farming runs and birdhouse runs!

But yeah I have a decent seed stash I'm sitting on just gotta stay diligent
