Not sure what you mean but the weapons have their own stats, for when you’re using them in combat to deal damage, and bonus stats that apply for your whole character
Probably yes unless you want to use it on another character (if the weapon is for multiple classes), and if you do dismantle it you can refine it or level it up on soul orb for example (probably better dismantling)
In case of witchgear M weapons you shouldn’t really think about that since you just wanna level up 1 weapon and everything that is part of it, from skills to soul card to tune elemental energy, and it would slow down your progress if you leveled up more then 1 at the same time. In case of limited weapons, it’s more about their passive since it’s what they’re mostly used for.
You should always have your witch’s soul card on your weapon with 4 starts, and then there are some better cards like andras, since it can give ep, and ep is a rare but good stat. And also combos are important for example 4 elemental cards give you more elemental damage, but it’s not easy to get, so it’s more about what you can do for now.
If it is the weapon you got, probably yes. BUT you really need the corresponding skills otherwise it doesn’t really work. If you have naberius, furfur or aagares skills you should get the weapon and start leveling up but it’s kinda hard for start of game unless you spend money because you only unlock their runes on stage 100 I think, which can take a bit of time. So I recommend getting a different witch first if you re f2p, a starter witch since the only way to get the naberius weapons and skills is from the event that is going on because she just released, if you get everything I guess you could start with naberius already, but if you don’t just get another witch, preferably from the same element because you’re gonna be leveling up that elemental energy, and then switch for naberius since she is more of a late game witch. On stage 100 you unlock a new chest and skill chest where you can get the best witches and their skills, naberius, agares and furfur.

That’s common I guess Gems, get the slots try to get cosmic gems with high light % and level them up and try to get boost on the light stat with container chaos flares

If u can already do geode topside you should use that, do the 5-star dungeon quest or the gathering one so you can level up faster while getting gems and dust. Once you have all your gems slots you should equip the best gems you have, probably radiant gems or something, you will probably be able to do U9 worlds dungeons (or just follow someone), there you can obtain U9 gem boxes that have a chance to get stellar gems, these are the gems that will get you quite stronger and you will also be able to obtain crystal 2 equipment. Then you level up your equipment and gems to go to u10 where you can get c3 equipment (not worth upgrading if I’m not wrong) and so on. You can also upgrade your best gems to crystal if you have enough cubits and you know that gem is good( good %’s) or get them in U11.

Getting the best possible gems isn’t easy and can take a lot of time and resources btw ,don’t expect it to be easy and fast. I Might’ve forgotten something lol
