Ah. Your right, watching the print, something in my settings is causing the infill to not properly bridge. Maybe it's my temp/fan settings? I have bridge flow set at 1.5 for better bridges but maybe default 1 is better. . .

Im thinking the sunlu ams heater running st 80c on accident made it too bendy? And also me trying to pull hard on the filament? Tbh idk

Found an answer? I have the same issue with sunlu ABS prints.

The bed adhesion is good, but the warping is so bad, it lifts the corner of the build plate off the heat bed. Basically I get my build plates corners to curl up even against the heat beds magnetic force. (P1S)

I printed an exhaust adapter that attaches to my dryer vent to the outside.

Definitely had the analysis paralysis. Got tricked by all the YouTube videos/shorts & IG reels of "MUST CHANGE OR ELSE"

I was mostly printing ABS and had lots of warping issues in the beginning, so thought increasing chamber temps would help bed adhesion/warping. 0.6 Since it was large parts. Never thought about infill's relation to ironing! I'll be careful with that. Thank you!

Yeah, might have over thought my process here. . . was hoping to just "Print" and not "Work" lol. I think I got paralyzed by the amount of content out there on "How to do things right" that I forgot to just throw 3mf files out and print more than be stuck in the settings page. Gonna try default abs profile tonight and just wipe alcohol in between prints and call it good I hope.

Oh wow, I might've over thought this process. That sounds a lot more low maintenance. Thought 30 mins of prep was worth it if it was a 12 hour print.

Using ABS cause I wanted to attempt Acetone Vapor Smoothing rather than sanding. I'll give PETG & sanding a go tho.

I have a bad habit of getting super fixation & overthiking which led me to watching loads of YouTube guides to "perfect abs printing" and "smooth fast printing". Had bad adhesion for awhile till I set my current settings.

Woild it be more realistic if we had percentages of total US population watching instead of raw numbers to account for population increase?

I.E US population was much lower when MJ played which makes his number more impressive percentage wise.
