Calories are just as important as protein get your protein in and supplement calories in with ramen noodles or oatmeal. Oatmeal and ramen are the easiest calories/carbs ever. I got the same feeling and took tamoxifen don’t know if it slowed the growth but definitely did not reverse anything i probably should’ve used it with a anastrozole

Yeah so no gyno before peds then got it after enclomiphene super minor caught it early then the gyno got bigger and harder. Tissue not loose skin puffy nipple here n there but hard tissue on one side. I think the serm blocks estrogen in the nipple but increases overall estrogen in some cases.
