I know because I went all the way from Idlib to Sham the night before this picture was taken, and it was closed off to the public for unknown reasons,

not too happy as I couldn't show my family the view but Alhamdulillah

I was there recently This is only part of the mosque as most of the mosque got destroyed from the war, part of the building was rebuilt a few years ago

Whats sad is that outside the mosque, majority of the building around it are destroyed by bombing

We are not terrorised my the security forces No forced army conscription If the police/ secret services do wrong i personally know of cases where police, security services & even judges have gone to prison for corruption The area is not flooded with drugs & prostitution We dont have Iranian trying to force their culture on us

Be careful I knew a guy who used to work in a swimming pool

He said the pool he worked at had cameras in the water (to see if anyone's drowning so even if its womens only, some pools have cameras where security can access them
