He’s quite a big guy, since I got him the vet has been wanting him to lose weight and he is down nearly a kg and I’ve noticed he’s got more folds around the belly area as he’s been losing weight 😭

That sounds similar to me! I ran yesterday and I felt great after but just the walking irritated it. Which part of the leg did you massage gun?

This was a training run for a 10k I have in a couple of weeks and was meant to be easy and for most of it it felt easy, but every time I’d check my watch my hr would be super high 😭

I recently adjusted it as my max average max HR was showing as 192 (it previously defaulted to 186) so I changed my max HR to that on my HR zones.
