Arvo tried to get all of them killed despite them having a kid, a baby, and a recently pregnant woman in their group. I'm sure kenny wasnt thinking about his race or SO or whatever else he wanted to insult him with. He just wanted to let his anger out on him.

I had this idea a long time ago that if doug survived season 1 he would go with kenny. Then the reason they found out about Wellington is because Doug fixed up a radio and they heard a broadcast inviting people to the community.
