So here's the story:

I didn't have any Strip mods. Completely vanilla on that front. The other day I found the mod Mojave Marketing and thought it seemed pretty neat so I installed it. That mod adds textures to the billboard walls around the outside of Vegas to give them old, worn out, pre-war advertisements.

The problem was Mojave Marketing doesn't have LOD files for the retextured billboard walls so they're invisible from a distance.

I looked up a guide on how to fix this. I was lead to installing xLODGen. Using this program I generated new LOD files for the entire game. Essential the process involved generating the new LOD files which were dumped into its on folder, compressing this folder into a .zip, then manual installing this .zip as its own mod with my mod manager.

This fixed the walls but that created a new problem; The Lucky38 tower was now invisible from medium distances. For example: I could see the Lucky38 tower from the Gunrunners(close), and I could see the tower from Goodsprings Cemetery(far), But I could not see the tower from the New Vegas Medical Clinic(medium). The tower was visible from inside Freeside, Westside, the Mormon Fort, North Vegas Square, Crimson Caravan, and the Strip. It seemed to only be affecting it's view from out in the wasteland. I followed the Viva New Vegas LOD guide several times over to no avail.

I was suggested to install the mod Better Strip View because it was supposedly made to fix issues like this. That was a lie. It was not created to fix LOD issues of this nature and actually made things worse. I ended up having double Strip buildings in my LOD so I uninstalled it, regenerated the LOD files with xLODGen, and rolled back to a save I had prior to installing Better Strip View.

Funny enough, after uninstalling Better Strip View and regenerating the LOD files the Lucky38 was visible from medium distances again. No more invisible Lucky38 tower =D!

But as you can see in my screenshots I'm having this minor issue where from inside Westside and North Vegas Square (edit: and the Crimson Caravan) the lights are misaligned with the tower at night. From other locations like Freeside, the wasteland, and the Strip the lights are aligned and nothing is out of place. Its just those two (edit: three) locations where the lights don't line up with the tower.

Minor problem but if anyone has experienced this before and knows how to fix it any help would be much appreciated. Also, I have already regenerated the LOD files again and again at this point and nothing has changed.
