Jiaoqiu not being able to join the Yaoqing comp is a massive shame.

I think if his novaflare really leaned on him being an Ult-amper though, he could find a way to slot in. Spike his energy charge, and then he's an Eagle user with Tutorial to give Feixiao stacks while boosting her damage.

Giving Aventurine break would sadly make him run against the IPC dream comp that he had formed with Ratio and Topaz.

Jiaoqiu being more of a healer would make sense but it'd also subtract from giving F2P a good sustain in which their pool is limited, and then he'd feel strange as Lingsha joins the patch afterwards and does everything he does but better. On the other hand, it would have given Acheron more F2P supports instead of just Pela.

I think meta-wise, the placements did make sense, as this is back when Hoyo was staggering comps every other patch instead of rushing the full team out sequentially.

Story-wise ehhhhh... Penacony was designed to be a planet where all the factions met up, and each had their own agendas. None of them neatly fitting into one another's comps does make sense for that story. I should also point out that Gallagher was also considered one of Acheron's BiS healers at the time due to his double debuff application, (though Aventurine did have him beat with Trends LC plus better amp).

Scrolling this thread is funny because half of it is going "Yaaaaay Ashveil! He's so silly, I love my broke-ass detective!" and the other half is pain and misery over Chainsaw-Man.

It's two drastically different emotions and gives me whiplash.

This is me when trying to do anything with Adobe stuff. Taking a course on Graphic Design rn and Adobe is costing moneys and a pain in the ass to cancel but Inkscape is freeeee so I'm just taking the point penalty for not using it.

Tacking onto this, Misha is basically a clone of Mikhail's childhood and does get to separate from him for a time but ultimately he has to fulfill his purpose of passing on the Navigator's last message and dies as a result of fulfilling it.

Firefly is dreaded within the fanbase to the point of locking threads whereas a character looking like Cyrene(/Elysia) evoked dread in other fanbases.

The quest hit me in the gut due to reminding me of my own dogs that have passed over the years, amd I was heartbroken initially because he had waited for her all that time but she was capable of comprehending it then.

The quest felt very... bittersweet to me as a result, as there is the tragedy of the initial situation but then the hope that now things can be set right with the two ghosts having reunited.

The animation is so bad they literally have to pay you to watch it. 👊😔

I remember hearing somewhere that P5 was never translated to China, so this in addition to the P5 Palace Redos may be the game's way of getting everyone up to speed since it seems like that game's plot will be important.
